Peer Practice Sessions

You must complete 10 peer sessions with fellow certification students:

You may complete six of these sessions (two given, two received) before passing your practical exam.
The final session (one given, one received) must be completed after you pass your practical exam.

You will write one case study based on the session you gave after passing your exam:

  • Use the same format as your other case studies

  • Include your approach, client feedback, emotional shifts, and your reflections

  • Demonstrate how your application of the ISM Protocol evolved post-assessment

The review and feedback process for case studies is not included in the standard registration fee. If you choose to pursue certification and submit case studies for accreditation, this is a separate, chargeable service.

Payment must be made in full before Eda reviews your submission. No case studies will be reviewed or assessed without prior payment.

By submitting your case studies, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Please read the full case study requirements carefully before submitting your work to Eda Hardy.
If your submission does not meet the stated requirements, a resubmission fee may apply. It’s essential to adhere to the case study terms and conditions to maintain the integrity of the certification process and prevent unnecessary delays.

Eda is happy to support you, but repeated issues caused by not reading the guidelines take time away from others and misuse the flexibility that’s been offered in kindness.

If you send repeated or excessive emails or messages about information that has already been clearly provided (e.g. via the student portal, official documents, or the course website), responses may be considered outside the scope of standard student support.

At Eda Hardy’s discretion, further replies may be treated as individual mentoring and charged at her standard 1:1 rate.
